All went well at comic-con this year! Thank you to all the folks who stopped by our booth....and made it our best year yet! and special thanks to Denise Clark, who helped us out again this year, we couldn't do it without you!

We will be attending comic-con next year, not exhibiting, and spreading our wings to conventions in New York, Faerieworlds (M.Mindy), and hopefully Chicago! Don't worry! we'll still be at comic-con signing books and toys, and we'll tell ya where when we know next year...

Thank again troops! and Ready yourself for our show at Subtext This October !

Murals and toys... oh Boys!

Wow! been awhile since a post eh? - Welp, here's a little of what we've been up to.... A big 'ol mural... ahhh nature for the children, and some future Blind box toy sets coming out someday! - he he.. we'll let you know when we know what's up with those - - - But it should be by the end of this year... We hope ya'll are doing well - & thanks fer stoppin' in!

It's all done Folks.... and thank goodness too - cuz me and sis were about to fall over!
A big special thanks to Densie Clark, Annalisa Aramburu, for helping out in our booth this year- so we didn't go nuts and not eat for 4 days.... THANK YOU!!! - Our signings went great too, and now our toys are available online! Hurray! Check out 3DRETRO to nab a DINK or Mischievous Maeve toy.... ahhhhh at last.....we can play with our toys and eat cereal.

Sisters @ Comic-Con 2007

It's Here again! Oh No!!! oh yes..... The GIANT nerd fest which we know you all love to hate, and love to go to and not go to because, "It's gotten too big" "I'm not a nerd anymore" or because "My ex-girlfriend has a booth there" or "George Lucas has lost his mind so I burned my stormtroopers outfit." Well, whatever you happen to be doing this week, Both of us sisters will be there trying to stay awake after all the late nighters and prep it takes to get all our art stuffs down there.... AND we would love to see you! So come on and visit us at booth #4717 in the fantasy illustrators area, and we'll throw little gerkins at you!

Inspirado - Quotes of the Day

Miss Mindy and i just finished a nice breakfast and had a chat to talk about things. You know one of those conversations that touches on the world, the war, our neighborhood, how people treat one another, etc. (All that stuff that gets your feathers ruffled and makes you want to go out and make a difference!) Anyhow, we felt that rather than go on and on about the Comic-con, our toys, etc, we wanted to share some inspiring. So here it goes!

I (CJ) have been reading this book titled "Finding Water" by Julia Cameron, and its filled with some great insight on how to keep your sanity and cultivate your creativity whilst navigating your art career. We're so excited production is moving along, and we are looking forward to having them at this years comic-con! They have their own purdy packaging, and are good for adult and kidlets too!
